In my case, I made Cowgirl Cookies, here are the ingredients.
1 1/3 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. cooking oats
3/4 c. m&m's (I used red and green)
3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. white sugar
1/3-1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
1/2 c. butter, almost melted
1 slightly beaten egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Stir all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add wet ingredients and combine thoroughly. Roll into 1 1/2 " balls and bake for 10 minutes in a 350* oven.
Now don't these look fantastic? Go on give 'em a try, they taste just as good as they look.
